Our A&R Scouts are the heartbeat of Sonic Scout Radio’s discovery engine. With a sharp ear for originality and a deep love for independent music, they’re constantly digging through SoundCloud, Bandcamp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and beyond to uncover the most exciting unsigned artists around the world. Each Scout is matched with a presenter based on genre alignment, working closely together to build shows that shine a spotlight on raw, unfiltered talent. Whether it’s lo-fi hip hop, indie pop, experimental electronica or genre-bending rock, our Scouts are passionate about finding artists with something real to say — and making sure their voices are heard.

Jeremy Lee Jarry also known as Kip Blackston is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and current Music Business student at Full Sail University, where he holds a 4.0 GPA. He is the founder of J.E.D.I Music Group and 3 Letter Entertainment, an independent label and artist management company dedicated to developing emerging talent and creating long-term artist success. With a background in artist management, recording, and brand strategy, Jeremy combines real-world experience with sharp industry insight.

Specializing in Hip-Hop, R&B/Soul, and Alternative, he's passionate about discovering new voices and helping artists navigate the business side of music. His mission is to uplift creatives through meaningful connections, authentic development, and opportunities like those provided by Sonic Scout Radio.
